Hello Pentecostals of Miramichi Family & Friends,

Due to updated COVID-19 outbreak information & government restrictions, we are cancelling all weekend and weekday gatherings until further notice.

Thank you for:

  1. Loving your neighbors by protecting your neighbors.
  2. Not being fearful but being responsible.
  3. Looking for opportunities to be the church. Pray. Share the healing, hope and salvation you possess. You are the light of this city!

I hope you’ll join us on Facebook Live, this Sunday at 11 am. Facebook.com/miramichichurch

Hello Pentecostals of Miramichi Family & Guests!

Considering the recent concerns about COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want you to know that our church leadership is taking every precaution to keep our church family and community healthy.

The Pentecostals of Miramichi WILL GATHER SUNDAYS for ONE SERVICE at 11 AM until further notice.  We are ensuring our Sunday gathering does not exceed the Public Health Agency of Canada cancellation recommendation of 150 people or more. MID-WEEK meetings will continue until further notice.

We are committed to keeping POM a clean space for you to worship.

Here are ways we are preparing for worship services:

  • Disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces before each service.
  • As is customary at POM, hand sanitizer dispensers are available at the main entrance and multipurpose room entrance.
  • Our leaders are closely following news from the provincial and federal government as well as the Public Health Agency of Canada about best practices to contain the spread of the coronavirus. We’ll continue to update our policies and procedures with the latest information and communicate with you as necessary.

Here are ways you can help:

  • Do not shake hands.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please rest at home.
  • When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth with a sleeve or tissue.
  • Disinfect belongings you bring to church from your home, like diaper bags, blankets, etc.

Please stay at home and watch the Facebook livestream if you have any of these symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Fever
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Symptoms associated with the common cold or flu
  • General feeling of being unwell

Online viewing is the perfect way to be part of our church whenever you feel unwell or at risk.  Visit the Miramichi Church Facebook page to watch our livestream on Sunday at 11 AM.

Let’s keep our trust in the Lord our Healer while being responsible citizens in our community as we follow the recommendations of governmental and health authorities.

Most of all, pray, share God’s peace and show His love in practical ways everywhere you go!
